Refunds/Replacements
In Sha Allah you receive your items in perfect condition! However, if they do not arrive, or are faulty or damaged, you can start a return by contacting us at info@madinamadeltd.com. Upon evaluation that the item has been unused, we will issue a replacement or provide information on how to return your item(s) if this is necessary.
If the query has been accepted:
(a) You can return your item(s) via the agreed shipping method to the following address [Madina Made Ltd, 90 Ridge Lane, Watford, WD17 4TA]
(b) Once we have received it, we will issue the refund for your faulty items and also for the amount that you paid to return it to us using the shipping method we have agreed with you. Please do not send your item(s) back to us without contacting us first on the email provided above.
(c) If the item did not arrive, we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund dependent on what has been agreed with you via email. Please contact us as soon as possible within 60 days of the expected delivery date to be eligible for a replacement to be sent out.
Refunds sent to the same payment method that you used when placing the order. Please bear in mind that a refund may take up to 7 days to reach your account depending on the payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
